IU would like to request that the scope field be added to the Export Current Opportunities Report. In order to better serve BAM users, primarily OAs and OA-Lights, and to make filtering and reducing the large export opportunities report easier and smoother, IU System Administrators would like to request that the scopes data field be added to the Export Current Opportunities Report located at ​Site -- Settings -- Import & Export Tools -- Opportunity Import Details. Because we are a multi-campus institution, we use scopes to separate opportunities by campus/department rather than Opportunity names. To be able to filter the full report of current Opportunities using the scope field would save the IU Sys Admins several hours of time each time we need campus- or department-specific data from that report. This feature enhancement would benefit System Administrators, OAs and OA Lights as Sys Admins would be able to more efficiently filter through the data and provide to users in a more timely manner.
