Currently our process consists of: the reviewer makes their selection and marks the student as "reviewer first choice" then we (admins) have to confirm that the student is eligible for the award and if so, flip the award to "offered" but at the moment, the only way we know that the reviewer made a selection is by them emailing us separately every time. It would be very helpful if an email would just trigger or to receive a daily report to let admins. know that a selection has been made instead of waiting for reviewers to notify us of the selection or to have to go in to every opportunity every day to see if a selection has been made.

Thanks, Andrea.
Are you using application categories to mark students as "reviewer first choice"? If so, you can set up dashboard cards to show you how many applications are in that category. You would go to the "Apply-to" grid, for example, filter by that category, and then click on the grid icon to create a dashboard card. You can find more information on that process here - https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/121402
You would still have to login to the system to check, but at least you wouldn't need to go into every opportunity to check.
Please let me know if I'm misunderstanding or if you have any questions on that!
Thanks,
-Carrie
