Just as there is a warning message that appears when you are about to exceed the Total Award Amount when awarding an applicant, clients would like to also receive a similar message when they are about to exceed an individual students Institutional Commitment. If they choose to exceed it, they would like the amount to appear in red on the applications grid, similar to what happens with Qualification Points.
