Allow flexible applications that are archived to be viewed by nonprofit applicants

We use Blackbaud Award Management for grant applications and would like nonprofits to be able to login and view their submitted applications.

Hi Michelle,
After digging into this one a little bit more, we've found that archived flexible applications will be visible to applicants as long as the application was moved into an encumbering category (such as "offered"). Are you asking that these applications be always visible, even if not awarded? And if so, is there a reason you'd want that only for flexible applications and not for other application types?
