I am copied on all award emails. I then forward them to the appropriate department chair. This works great for those opportunities that use the "general post acceptance email." We use the post-acceptance email as our award email. However, when we have to change an award email (and we have several) due to the language, I am no longer copied because it is automatically disassociated. I have to go into the recipients email log and copy and paste, reformat, and send to the department chair.
