Blackbaud Stewardship Management (BSM) is owned/managed by the UW Foundation, a private, separate entity from UW-Madison. The majority of scholarships on our campus come from UW Foundation, and we'd want those students in 'Awarded' status to flow over to BSM per the normal process. However, as I suspect many campuses do, we ask students to authorize the sharing of their data with our Foundation. We'd like a way to set a restriction in the system that students who do not complete this question (by either answering NO to the question on the General App or not completing the General App) don't flow over to Engage.
