The GUI should be a lot easier for to just search a student from a previous (archive) year and see all the information for that student regardless of her having to understand there is a General App / Conditional App / Auto Match and Apply To opportunities, and corresponding views for all. One should be able to search a student and see all the applicant information from all applications immediately.

Hi Matt,
I think that the Applicant-Centric-Awarding view might have what you're looking for. You can find this view by going to Opportunity > Applicants and then clicking "Award Mode" next to any applicant's name. At the top of this page, you can choose "Show Filters" and then check the box to include Archived Applications. This view will include a link to the applicant's General Application, any Conditional Applications, along with all of the applications they filled out for Opportunities.
Thanks,
-Carrie

Carrie,
I appreciate the suggested work around to try and gain access to all the applications ever completed by a student. That’s still difficult (and a non-intuitive GUI) to teach some of our “older” less tech savvy stakeholders.
Also, using your workaround, I still only see the General Application (probably of the current cycle) listed for the student.
I’m proposing an endpoint that lists all the students that ever completed an application (or provides just a search feature for all students that ever completed an application). Once the applicant of interest is found, once they click their name, a list of all applications (General/Condtional/Apply-To) are listed out for current and archived years without toggling hidden menu options.
Kind Regards,
Matt
