Merged Enhancement

Include Overall Applicant Average in 'All Reviews' Grid Merged

Currently, users are able to see all of their reviewers scores and the reviewer-specific average on the 'All Reviews' grid. However, they have to go back to the 'Applications' grid to see the applicant-specific average. I think it'd be super helpful to include the applicant-specific average on the All Reviews grid so that everything is truly in one place
