Reviewer chairs can only see the combined reviewer score, not the conditional specific score, in the Applications to Chair grid when assigned as a chair for a conditional application. 

This is inconsistent with other Reviewer Chair applications grids which can see the combined Reviewer Score, General Application Score, and Opportunity Score.

This score is needed to be able to accurately report on conditional specific information.
