Our College does not use Flexible Applications and is not planning to use them in the near future. Recently, a tab was created for all students/users to view called "Grant" which is in addition to the "Ours" and "External" tabs that list all of our institution's scholarships as well as external scholarships. 

Having an empty tab that says "Grant" makes it seem like the College is not aware of any grant options (which we are--students would go through their department to qualify for those). However, we don't have any Flexible Applications and so we don't have anything that we could list on the tab, or rename the tab.
