Enabling detached opportunities to set their own delivery offset for offer reminder emails Merged

Right now, the delivery offset for offer reminder emails on detached opportunities is determined by the delivery offset on the offer reminder email template. It would be nice if you did not have to have the same delivery offset for all detached opportunities.
