I keep tabs on the number of applications during the application period. Opportunity>Evaluators> Reviewer Groups and open one. I look at the number of applications column. Currently that applications number includes qualified and UNqualified submissions. If the reviewer group box for "only review qualified applications" is checked, the default should be to show only qualified submitted applications in that column. Currently, I have to go into each one to sort out the unqualified in order to know the true number of qualified applications - that's very time consuming. Thank you.

Carrie - yes, and similar to what Rebecca writes below, we need the true number of submitted qualified applications eligible for review, split by opportunity and reviewer group.
Kind of related to this...when we are approaching application deadlines, I check the opportunities grid to see if there are awards that don't have many qualified applicants so that I can encourage students to apply for those awards. However, the field on that grid shows all qualified applicants, regardless of whether or not the application is submitted. So an award may have 10 qualified applicants, but the review committee will only be assigned 2 applications, because the rest weren't complete. I end up having to look at those individual opportunities to figure out how many applications will be assigned. It would nice if you could choose whether or not that field included drafted applications in the count or if there was a separate field that indicated the number of applications that will be assigned to the committee.
Thanks, Elaine.
Just to make sure I'm understanding the request, you're looking for an easier way to quickly see how many applications are eligible for review, for every opportunity assigned to a reviewer group. Is that correct?
I ask because you mention the need to keep tabs on the number of applications coming in. If that's the main goal, then you could potentially create a dashboard card from a saved grid view. But based on your screenshot, it seems you also need this information split by opportunity and reviewer group?
