Give more room for scholarship descriptions on mobile devices

I propose removing the redundant Deadline just above the Award amount on small windows/screens, and using this space to give mobile users the full 130 characters.

I'm updating scholarship descriptions in Academic Works so that they begin with a short summary of the description, to make it easier for students to browse through them and understand them, rather than opening multiple tabs and wading through the (necessary) legalese.

See the attached image, scholarship description 1.png, for two examples. The first example has a much more useful summary than the second one, which runs out of room before it can tell browsers anything useful.

There is a character limit of about 130 characters on the scholarship descriptions, but the limit goes down to about 60 characters once the screen/window reaches a certain size, and the format changes. See scholarship description 2.png for an example of what it looks like just before the window/screen is made too small. It has the character limit of 130.

But when the window is made a little smaller, such as on most mobile devices, the information is rearranged in a way that wastes a lot of space. See scholarship description 3.png for an example.

As you can see, you lose more than half of the space for the scholarship description. For applicants browsing through scholarships on mobile, this means they must frequently click back and forth between scholarship descriptions to see if they are eligible for a scholarship, or they must open up numerous tabs. Both of those options are cumbersome and non-mobile-friendly.

In the third image, the deadline is listed twice for each scholarship, which wastes a lot of space. I propose removing the redundant Deadline just above the Award amount, and using this space to give mobile users the full 130 characters.

I think this has the potential to make the applicant's experience much better on mobile devices, since they'll be able to see more of the scholarship description, and thus be able to determine whether they want to apply for it.
