Public vs. Internal End Dates are Confusing

Despite the Help Text that is available, many of our users are confused about Public v. Internal End Dates. First and foremost, I'm not sure that many of our users see the need for Internal End Date, especially for Apply-To's - once the close date hits, they'd like for the opportunity to end. Secondly, the verbiage seems to indicate that one is public facing (i.e. the public website) and another is the real deadline - however, it's the Public End Date that dictates whether students can continue working on their apps. I would propose getting rid of the Internal End Date or hiding it from view (i.e. like Auxiliary Fund Code used to be hidden)
