I would like the flexibility to rearrange the order of questions in the question set.

Early on, we set up many of our responses as short answer, instead of essay, not realizing the text would not wrap and they'd be difficult to answer-or review. It's the same when I need to switch between multi and single choice data types too. When you recreate the question, it gets booted to the bottom, because you cannot switch between these two data types.

That can really mess up the logical order in the question set . Now, instead of fixing one question, I have to rewrite 7-8 and recreate the entire question set in the new order.
