Improved Low- to No-Applicant Pool Analysis

We run a process about two week prior to a deadline to determine applicant pools with low- to no- applicants so we can target student population and encourage them to apply. Our process consists of pulling a grid report with # of qualified applicants and # of opportunity awards. We then apply a simple sum function to find the difference and identify our 0s and negatives. I believe there is simple math functionality but not sure if this would be an instance that would serve this purpose.

Additionally, it would be great to have this as a system view that pulls into the dashboard like the lower than 5 applicants.

We do something similar to this. We pull a list of all opportunities with fewer than x number of applicant matches and target our communications based on those parameters.

Hi Carrie, hope you're having a great vacation. I know it well deserved. Sorry, I wasn't able to catch this until now. Can you perhaps send me a copy of the report you are referring to so I see if it does what we are attempting to do. I attached a copy of a report we pull from the opportunities grid.

    Hi Oliver,

I apologize for the delayed response. Can you tell me a little more about your process? Which grid(s) are you referring to?

Our support team currently has access to pull a report called "Qualified General Applications" which gives a list of active applicants and the opportunities (and number of) in which they are qualified. Only for apply-to and auto-match opportunities.

Is that report along the lines of what you're looking for, and would it help to surface that with the other System Reports?
