We currently have a lot more awarding detail in our main financial aid database (database of record) than is offered in AW/BAM. Currently, the 3 fields in award mode do not cover our needs, so our IT has been trying to help us build a bridge, so we can import/export our awards between the two systems.

I would love to have more detail available in Award Mode. I'm attaching a copy of our mass upload template, but our most urgent needs that are missing from the current disbursement download are:

Varied disbursement schedule within the awarding period, which for us is sumemr or academic year.

• Allows for equal disbursements across quarter/semester/months.

• Allows for unequal disbursements across quarter/semester/months.

• Renewals would be handier here than on the opportunity level too!

I have created a new view for the disbursements without any application responses, to make the download cleaner, but it's still a lot of manual work to add before it can be added to our existing system.
