Send Success Messages to Opportunity Administrators for Distributed Emails

Our OA's have concerns about the time that it takes to send messages from the User Messages screen, and they'd feel more confident in the functionality if the system sent a success message once the emails are successfully distribted. Ideally, this would include a breakdown of the successful messages (i.e. the information from the User Messages grid).

    Appstate would appreciate this function as well. A system log with a copy of the email message with a date and time stamp and recipients would be great.

    Hi Carrie - yes, they're hoping for the aggregate information as they're typically sending many emails at once. Instead of spot-checking individual students, we think a receipt for bulk actions to distribute emails would be a great addition to BAM

    Do your OA's check the history and email logs after they send out an email? Is the issue that they're looking for this information in aggregate?
