Wants award mode to focus on the opp clicked into rather than just highlighting the opportunity

When reviewing through a particular opportunity, when clicking award mode on student, the opportunity list in award mode should focus on (scroll the page to) the opportunity of interest (not just a highlight potentially way down out of view in the window).
