If a student incorrectly adds a reference, meaning they don't add them as an actual NEW reference but instead adds them where there is already a reference listed, there should be a way to convert them to a new reference so that all reference letters are listed and showing instead of having to use the drop down arrow and toggle between the names. There is no way to know there are more names listed unless you check every application.
