Change language from "Recommended Opportunities" to "Supplemental Opportunities" Merged

We do not want to confuse our applicants. The wording "Supplemental Opportunities" suggest to the applicant that the opportunities are in addition to the one (s) the are applying to and that they additionally meet the criteria to apply for what is listed.
