Currently, reviewer chairs have the ability to view the applicant's name, email, and their applicant ID in the reviewer chair grid view, even if the opportunity is set to blind review. IU would like to request that the Customer UID data column be added to that grid view. The reasoning behind our request is that many of our reviewer chairs need to look at more detail on applicants before a decision can be finalized. For example, certain opportunities require a certain GPA in very specific coursework, which is not something we can include on our import feed. Having the Customer UID in the reviewer chair grid view would make it easier for reviewer chairs to locate the applicant in our student information systems.
