The trouble signing in link is small and set apart. People who are having trouble signing in are not thinking that small lettering is intended for them to click. That's usually the place a company puts a link to learn more about the company, etc. Many websites have a "Forgot Password" directly under the password. Please see the pictures below. One is for Google which is clean and the important link is bold. The small letters on the bottom are privacy info links, etc. The second is our systems screen shot without a Forgot Password link but small letters on the bottom to choose if having problems signing in.
