Reference Questionnaires Merged

Allow the reference questionnaires to be either anonymous or not by allowing the Admin to choose to use either the student ID or the student name when creating the questionnaire.

    I want to hide the applicant name from the Reviewers NOT from the person providing the reference. Could you allow the reviewers to see the applicant ID instead of the Applicant's name? Of course the individual providing the reference would need to see the applicant name. Thanks, Edna

    Can you expand a little on how you would use an anonymous reference questionnaire? Is the request to hide the applicant's name from the reference? If it is, what information would they be able to provide without knowing which applicant submitted the request?
