Scope revisions

I would like the "scope" to change immediately instead of waiting for the person to log-in. Our scholarship committees change every year and there is no way for me to check it has been updated unless I go into every user. When I select users by scope, it lists everyone who has ever been associated with that scope. Very time consuming and this produce was supposed to save me time.

    We have user imports. When I update a faculty member to a new role, the role does not change until the person logs in. I always like to become the user to ensure they are viewing the correct items.

    Hi Lisa,

    Sorry for my delayed response. Are you referring to the "Users" grid when you try to select users by scope? Those changes should be reflected on the grid without the person logging-back in. I'm wondering if this was an issue with grids being behind (which we are also working on improving).

    Please let me know if I'm misunderstanding this enhancement request.
