Ability to 'deactivate' qualification groups + Let reviewers see Qualification Points

We would like the ability to deactivate a qualification group but preserve that group for future use, if needed.

Occasionally we need to remove qualification groups when there are many students that meet baseline criteria + donor preferences. (This keeps reviewers from having to review a large number of students who only meet baseline criteria) We want to preserve qualifications groups for future cycles.

OR

If reviewers were able to see qualification points and have the option of reviewing only those that met x number of points and above, that would also be helpful. Some opportunities have 200 student matches and only 30 meet all donor preferences. We need a way to filter those out of the group while keeping qualifications intact year-to year.

    Hi Carrie,
Thank you! We are using qualifications at the reviewer group level. However, it hasn't helped reduce the number of students because a single reviewer group may be reviewing 20+ opportunities. Out o those 20, a handful may have 100+ applicants that meet 1 qualification group. It would be helpful to 'deactivate' qualification groups on an opportunity level to single out preferred candidates or give reviewers access to view and sort the qualification groups on each individual opportunity for the ones that have a high number of students who meet the baseline criteria.

    Thanks, Lindley.

Are you all currently using qualifications at the reviewer group level? Those can often be used to help decrease the number of applicants a reviewer needs to review. Would those help for this scenario you're describing?

Thanks in advance for any additional context you can provide.

    Best,

    -Carrie
