Allow for redacting of students names from references or an option to not show names to reviewers Merged

We are conducting blind reviews of applications but a few of our scholarship programs require a reference. When the person providing the reference responds, the student's name is attached to the response, which then the reviewer can see. We would like to a way to not have reviewers see personal identifying information.
