Add Student General Application "Applied on" Date to Opportunity Application Grid

The Categorized At column does not accurately show WHEN a student submitted their application, so adding the "Applied on" date field that appears on the General Application Grid as an available column on the Opportunity Application grids would allow that info to be accessed more easily than cross-referencing both grids.
