Some students don't fill out our general scholarship application because they were recruited by athletics or nominated for a scholarship by their dean. I created a Google form to collect responses to certain questions from the application for scholarship donor stewardship. I prefer not to send an empty scholarship impact report. The questions included: 1. What are your educational and career goals? 2. What are your activities outside of the classroom? This could include things like volunteer work, sports, clubs, leadership roles, family activities, hobbies, employment, or cultural activities. 3. Is there anything else you'd like to share? This could include things like your financial situation, your family or cultural background, honors and awards you have received, challenges you face or have overcome, personal accomplishments, or anything else. I would like to go in and add these responses to BAM so when we do our huge data dump to create Scholarship Impact Reports everything is in one place. Alas, because I do not know the answers to ALL of the general scholarship application's required questions, I'll have to manually merge this data down the road. I realize I could make stuff up but would prefer not to do that in case someone else looks at the application later and references answers I created.

Hi Becca,
We have the ability for admins to "force apply" applicants and I wonder if that would help you here. You could set those up as post-acceptance questions for the opportunity they were nominated for, and then force apply the general application into the relevant opportunities.
Let me know if I'm misunderstanding your request, or if you'd like additional information on this process.
Best,
-Carrie
