Problem Statement: The "All Applicants" feature under the "Opportunity" menu is widly misunderstood by the BBAM user base, both clients and BB staff. The cause of this may simply just boil down to the label of the menu itself. Most users going to the "All Applicants" grid are actually meaning to go to the "General Application" grid. However, the General Application grid is deeper in the menus while the "All Applicants" grid is in the top level of the menus and what people see first, and thus click first.
Solutions:
1.) Re-Label the "All Applicants" menu item and grid to be more intuitive to what the grid/feature does. I suggest "Applicant Awarding", which is actually what this feature is for and thus, more intuitive.
2.) Move this feature to be under the "General Applications" menu.
