A common request we see is that users are wanting the ability for System Admins to see reports regarding i) grid downloads ii) system updates/ changes and iii) user updates
Currently, there is not a way to see who has downloaded reports at all. This creates a potential issue as we don't know who is downloading reports and for what purpose.
In general, we would like to ability to see activity logs as a security measure. Although you can see updates either per-user or per-opportunity, this means you would have to review each item individually and this can be a nightmare of a processs. Allowing reports would let us view this information by different categories such as user id, time, opportunity/ scope, etc.

UW-Madison would like to see this functionality as well. Currently, our hope would be to use this to help clean-up saved grid views on our bulk action grids, but I can see other potential uses for this as well
