Problem Statement: Instructions for setting up Single Sign-On have to be requested by customers from BB support staff or searched in the knowledgebase for.
Solution: Similar to Import/Export Tool documentation; add SSO documentation to the respective SSO pages (LDAP, SAML, Shibboleth respectively) via a link on the page to the documentation. This would allow customers to better service themselves when setting up or updating their SSO settings. This would also eliminate time consumed by both customer and BB staff requesting/providing this documentation. Finally, this will ensure customers and staff have access to the latest version of this documentation.
