It can be helpful to add a new scope to a long list of opportunities at once. Currently, when viewing a list of opportunities on the grid view, if one selects the drop-down menu to act, the option reads "Update Portfolio Scopes." This terminology can be misleading, as it suggests one might be over-riding existing scopes with a new selection. However, this is not what occurs; rather, it simply adds the newly selected scope to the portfolios and maintains all previously added scopes, which is a good thing! Changing the text to "Add Portfolio Scopes" would more clearly reflect what actually occurs and reassure the user that they are not deleting previously assigned scopes.
