The 19-20 awarding cycle is finally coming to a close, and my department is reviewing how much we spent on printing and mailing scholarship certificates. It would be our office's hope that BBAM would have the functionality to create certificates and email automatically to the recipients saving time, money, and resources.

What we are hoping for is a document that would be sent to the students that would look like a scholarship certificate. It would include the school's name, the scholarship name, and the award amount, and the student's name. Best case scenario it would also include date it was awarded/fund period it is good for. There would also be a place on the bottom to add an electrical signature of the president/chancellor of the university. It would be a document the student can print or save as pdf to showcase at their graduation parties or add to student portfolios, if needed.
Thanks, Amanda!
Can you tell me a little more about the certificates you're creating? Does the certificate need to be formatted a certain way? What information do you generally include on the certificates?
