Our university is moving to make blind reviews mandatory. We have several departments that review on a conditional level. Unless we can implement blind reviews on conditionals, this system may not work for our institution any longer.
Edit: We are aware that the system has an option to hide applicant names globally or by opportunity. We are not a centralized institution and cannot enforce anonymous reviews. We have colleges that review on a conditional level that need to review anonymously and we need an enhancement that supports this.

Agreed. Reducing reviewer bias is an important part of my institution's scholarship awarding process. Currently the only options to turn off applicant names are at the Opportunity Level or globally. We do a handful of reviews at the Conditional Level and would like this option.
Hi Christin,
The system gives the option for all-anonymous or anonymous by opportunity. We need anonymous on a conditional level. Thank you
Hi Lindley, this functionality already exists: https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/121658. Is there a part of this process that isn't working as expected? If so, would you mind sharing more insights with us so we can take a look at what the enhancement(s) may be?
