"It would be very useful and beneficial to have multiple criteria sections (qualifications) which are applied or used throughout the award process. For example, a specific set of criteria for preliminary qualifications, a different set to be used when selections are being made, and a final set to be used to confirm final criteria before releasing the award to the student. The current model of duplicating criteria sets and creating “weighting scales,” while technically a solution, is inefficient and may be confusing, as the same method is used to determine qualifications which are only preferences."
