Define "Conditional App" for applicants

From Wisconsin (Madison) -

Given that many of the built-in instructions/headers for students throughout the Student Portal reference conditional applications, it would be helpful for them to know what a Conditional app is. To do so, perhaps the Conditionals navigation section could be tagged in the Student Portal to provide some context

    I agree that the terminology is confusing to students. It would be ideal to be able to re-name the Conditional App (and the General App as well).

    Appstate would appreciate this as well. Perhaps school's could have the option to 'rename' the conditional application to something like College or Department application?
