I feel like reporting with this software is made cumbersome. In order for us to run an extract or download data out of this system it has to be done in batches. Which then requires us to download and copy and paste multiple csv files into one sheet. This is very time and consuming. I understand that BlackBaud does not want large downloads or huge hits for data request. However instead of making the customer jump through multiple hoops to get the data we need, Could you not just set a default criteria of 5000 records or a year and allow us to modify that to include all the data we need for the parameters we desire. I believe this would be a much more beneficial, logical, and reasonable approach to what is currently in place?
