I have attached a picture that hopefully helps. My request could be best summarised as requesting for the "Question Type" of the "Add Scopes" button to be moved from a choose one format to a choose multiple format. Specifically for this to be similiar to a Multi-Select List where multiple items could be selected at once by use of the control key.

When acting on the Scope field at the portfolio level we rarely if ever are working with only one scope.

If i select one Scope the selection box will close and the Scope will be added to the current list of scopes. I will then have to click back into the "Add Scopes" drop down menu to find the next item.

This is not an issue for Bulk Creation of portfolios or for adding scopes en masse as there are alternative means to add scopes for those situations.

If i am creating a new or mid cycle award from the "Create a New Portfolio" screen i will be adding 4+ scopes at a time and being able to select multiple scopes would simplify this process.

Hello - can you provide us with some additional clarification around what you mean by "pull over?" Could you provide a sample use case for us to see? Thank you.
