User mentioned that he has an opportunity with a different supplemental document type. Previously, they just requested a high school transcript, now they have a donor that is requiring letters of recommendation to be submitted directly by the reference, rather than by the student, and they would like to be able to customize/create a message template that could be used just for this one opportunity instead of all Reference Requests (similar to detaching the Reviewer rubrics).
