Adding a "last updated at" column to the applicant grid Merged

It would be helpful to add a "last updated at" column to the applicant grid to note when changes have been made to general applications (open year round) and conditional applications during the scholarship appeals process. It would give admins the ability to filter by the "last updated at" date rather than rely on students to email them saying they are appealing the process.

Jen Beane at University of Massachusetts Amherst would also like to see this FER

They left their CA open for 2 cycles, so they wanted to be able to see who updated their application since the last cycle.

MST would benefit from this at the apply-to level.  They want to be able to identify when applications in Submitted are updated.  I've suggested that they add an electronic signature to the opp, and then to pull a report of all Submitted applications where Categorized At date is different from date in electronic signature date field.  Relying on the applicant to update the date is not as dependable as a system generated "Last Updated At" field.

It would save them a lot of time by being able to filter out the applicant grid by "last updated at". It would allow them to see a clear list of all the students that are appealing the process without having to manually create a custom view. Then, they could more efficiently select an application from that list, look at their history, and know what answers have been changed.

It's not just about getting ahead of the appeals process, its making the appeals process easier for them. Each time a student emails that they are going to appeal the process, the admin would have to go in and add the student to a custom grid. Having a column that filters for applicants editing their applications would create an easy and efficient way for admins to have a constantly updating view of students making changes for appeals.

If there was an appeal they would have the history available for them to look at to see when answers have been changed.  Can you clarify the use case here for them getting ahead of appeals before an applicant emails them?
