Mike Bartini at Bowdoin uses their system to match and process both initial opportunities and renewals. Because they can change where the funds are awarded from (swap funds) they would like to be able to see in the Renewal Applications grid the four columns named above because they need to know if an applicant may have money awarded elsewhere in the system as they go through awarding. It would be supremely convenient to know if John Doe may have already have funds encumbered on another initial opportunity or a renewal that was processed earlier in the day or the week when working through and awarding your renewals in the system. They are very FUND-centric and not applicant centric and usually are awarding directly out of the Application grids on the initial opportunity and/or the renewal opportunity.
