Wisconsin Madison is having a difficult time as they have a hierarchy of General App-> Department App-> Unit Application and then potential Apply-To supplemental questions.  

In a perfect world they would have for example a General Application everyone completes, then potentially I qualify for the Engineering conditional application to complete.  Being as the engineering department has so many different units and they DO NOT want to make students apply to individual scholarships multiple times it would be great if skip logic were added as such are you in this course, if so a question set opens up sort of concept allowing for a sense of multiple until applications within one conditional.  Hope that makes sense but please let me know if I can clarify further.
