User would like to see a similar feature added (similar to what we did for the Regret email) that allows the General Applications Archived email to only be sent to those who had logged in to the system and submitted an application. They are also CUUI users.

Are there are any plans to apply the same logic to the user messages set for the "upon approval" category. When they went through cycle management recently their General Application Archived email went to ALL of their users/applicants, including those who were pulled in via CUUI but may not yet be accepted or have even attended.
