User has requested that "Source" be added as a column choice to both Bulk Actions grids. He asks because they often use these grids to see which applications are in a certain app. category, but he would like to filter by Source to see which of these originated from one of their conditional applications. Otherwise, he has to filter by Scope, but that does not always give him an accurate number per conditional application.
