Email: First Name as merged field

Problem Statement: Client would like more personalized emails by having a merge field with just the user first name (applicants specifically) instead of first and last name being the only option under [applicant.name].

    I agree with this one!  I have had multiple departments ask for this feature because "Dear John Smith" instead of "Dear John" sounds a little cold.
