User would like the ability to change the order of her Award Periods the same way administrators can drag and drop questions to change the order on applications. Currently Award Periods can be disabled but there is not a way to change the order of Award Periods. This is causing confusion for her administrators who are awarding and is even causing some of the administrators to pick the wrong Award Periods from the list since the current order is not intuitive to them.
