Irving Schools Foundation is using a Ref Q to get approvals from school counselors and she has no way to disqualify applicants who received a "not approved" from the counselor.

She would like to be able to use the "Approve - Yes/No" question as a qualifier on the opportunity, or at least at the reviewer group level.
