User would like to see additional emails templates to use to ask reviewers if they intent or expect to be serving as a reviewer for the upcoming year and list which groups they are assigned to. There is a business need to confirm with reviewers that they will be participating in the new cycle as frequently reviewers are assigned to scholarship committees for fixed periods of time.

The client would also like to see a specific email just for Reviewer Chairs that to confirm that they will still be the chair and confirm their team members.
