Amanda Crema at fanshawec would like the User Import Offset to apply to the General Application and Conditional Application now that these both have end dates. She would like to specifically freeze an applicant's GPA from updating after the End Date. They need the original GPA at the time the General Application/Conditional Application closes to be what Reviewers see and Reviewer Group Qualifications are based off.

Currently, if they are reviewing at the General/Conditional Application level the imported data continues to update causing confusion among Reviewers as well as Applicants when looking at field such as GPA. It also causes applicants to become unqualified if they are using GPA as a qualification on the Reviewer Group.
